If you have an NDIS plan you have four options available to manage your funding. These are agency-managed, self-managed, plan-managed or a combination.
Choosing plan management means you have the freedom of using non NDIS registered businesses, but without the additional responsibility of self-managing. A plan manager is a financial intermediary who will manage your NDIS plan on your behalf.
If you choose People Come First as your plan manager, we will be the connection between you, as the participant, and your chosen providers. We will communicate with service providers and manage their invoices on your behalf. We believe your level of involvement in this process is up to you. You can choose to have invoices sent to yourself to pass on, or directly to us. We can provide monthly, quarterly or bi-annual reports at your request. As with all of People Come First’s services, we believe there is not a one size fits all approach, we work to your needs.
As a plan manager, we can also offer assistance with budgeting your NDIS plan so you can get the most from your funding for the full 12 months of your plan.
