A support coordinator is there to support you to understand and implement the funded supports in your NDIS plan. We can assist you to connect with providers, explore support options, negotiate with other providers, and support you throughout your NDIS journey.
If you choose a support coordinator at People Come First you will be getting a personalised experienced. We aim to be your ‘go-to’ contact for everything NDIS. Our job is to ensure you get the most out of your NDIS plan to live as independently and successfully as possible – however this looks for you.
